Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of ShareMyPage, operated by Henning Witzel-Açikgöz (Berlin, Germany). By using the service you agree to them. Last updated: June 2026.
The service
ShareMyPage lets your team publish HTML pages and share them internally behind sign-in, with per-page access control. The service is currently in public beta, which means features may change and occasional issues are expected.
Accounts and eligibility
You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account and must be authorised to act for your workspace. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure, including any API tokens you create.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach the isolation between workspaces, probe or attack the service, or use it to store or distribute malware. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content to deliver the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.
Plans and billing
The free plan is offered at no cost. Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. All prices are final prices in US dollars; as a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act we do not charge VAT. Depending on your bank, your payment provider may add a foreign-currency fee we have no control over.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, for any guarantee we expressly give, and where liability is mandatory under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only where we breach a material contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of this contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely; in that case our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, and in total to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Any further liability is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law. On termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be communicated in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the courts of Berlin having jurisdiction where permitted.
