We process this data to provide and secure the service (performance of a contract, Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR), to keep an audit trail and prevent abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR), and to meet legal obligations where they apply (Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR).

We rely on a small number of subprocessors to run the service, each bound by a data processing agreement: hosting and serverless compute, content storage, a managed database, authentication, transactional email, rate limiting, and payments. We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) for privacy-friendly product analytics and session replay, to understand how the app is used and improve it — our legitimate interest. It runs cookieless: no cookies or local storage are set on your device, so no consent banner is needed. We never record the content of your shared pages, and all form inputs are masked in replays. We automatically honour your browser's Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control signal. You can opt out at any time:

You can connect AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to ShareMyPage over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When you authorize a connection — via OAuth or a scoped API token — that assistant can read and manage your pages, folders, and comments on your behalf, limited to your own user and workspace. We never share your data with an assistant unless you connect it, and you can revoke access at any time in your settings. What an assistant's provider does with content you send it is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

Where data is processed outside the EEA, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep account and content data for as long as your workspace is active, and delete it within 30 days of account closure, unless we must retain it to meet a legal obligation.

You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@sharemypage.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
