How workspaces, membership, invites, and vanity subdomains work, the shared space your pages and decks live in.
A workspace is the shared space your pages and decks live in. Membership decides who counts as "your team" for workspace-visibility content, and it is what a workspace-level share link opens up.
Membership
Membership is owned by ShareMyPage (not tied to your identity provider's org), so there is no member cap, add as many teammates as you need. Members can view and edit workspace-visibility pages and decks; the owner and workspace admins can manage sharing, visibility, and deletion.
Workspace membership vs per-page invites
Being a workspace member grants access to workspace-visibility content. Inviting a specific person to one page or deck is separate and works regardless of visibility. For that per-page model, see Access and sharing.
Adding people
- Invite members by email from your workspace settings.
- Share a join link so teammates can add themselves to the workspace.
- A signed-in colleague whose verified email domain matches your workspace domain can view workspace-visibility pages even without full membership, but view-only until they join.
Vanity subdomains (Pro)
On Pro, your workspace gets a branded subdomain:
<your-workspace>.sharemypage.appSigned-in members land on the workspace there, and the subdomain carries a branded workspace landing page. Shared links for your pages and decks use it too, so they unfurl as your brand rather than a generic card.
